Manduca quinquemaculata

Hornworms, I have read, can be controlled with a mixture of flour and salt. The flour and salt mixture will expand the worm and make him "explode". This morning I found several dried worms on my tomatoes but also wilted leaves and caked salt on plants. I used 1:1 salt and flour but would recommend 3:1 flour to salt.

2nd try at cantaloupe at 1 week from seed

Running behind on the pumpkins but 2 of these should provide many small baking pumpkins for fall.
